What has this world come to?! Puppy dumpers

This weekend, staurday to be specific, i was playing basketball with my friend at a court at church. I had been up there for a couple hours when i was about ready to leave. i went over and sat in my truck fixing to leave, but i was checking my phone first. I put my phone up and started the truck. I looked back and notings a blue minivan parked in the road the door opened and a fat man and what I assumed was his wife, they picked up their rough looking rot weiler puppy and set it down. The coulle saw me and hesitated for a minute, but they shut the door and drove away, i looked at the license plate number and memorized, but thanks to my lovely, dyslexic brain decided to memorize it in 564 different ways. So they got away with it it because i cant remember try-1278 or ytr-7281 or.... whatever, point is if this world is so messed up we started dumping puppies, its time for change.
